General
All cards ordered through Forever Foxed are subject to the following terms and conditions and placing an order through our website is deemed to constitute your acceptance of these.
Card information
Forever Foxed’s felt and tapestry range are individually made by hand so there may be a slight variation between cards. Colours on screen may also vary from the finished design. They are supplied with a co-ordinated envelope in a cellophane sleeve.
Card sizes quoted are approximate.
We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products periodically to reflect increased costs.
Sales
Payment is made using Debit or Credit Cards via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by this method and there is no fee. Data is transmitted to this site using secure servers that use SSL encryption. Your card details are NEVER disclosed to us.
An email will automatically be sent to you to confirm your order.
Forever Foxed is not VAT registered. Therefore we cannot issue VAT invoices or apply VAT refunds for overseas orders.
There is no minimum order.
All monetary transactions are conducted and displayed in GBP.
Postage
We use Royal Mail First Class Post for UK deliveries and Royal Mail Airmail for deliveries worldwide. Royal Mail aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and Worldwide within five working days. All orders are covered by a Royal Mail “Certificate of Posting”.
Cards are posted in protective envelopes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery
Your order will be dispatched when payment is received in full. Cards are usually posted within three working days of the order being placed. You will be notified by email should any delays occur. Orders placed after 5.00pm on Friday or at the weekend will not be processed until the following week. Forever Foxed recognises that occasionally you may need a card dispatched urgently. Please contact us at Info@ForeverFoxed.com and we will endeavour to help.
Goods may be subject to local import custom and excise duty which YOU are responsible for paying.
Cancellation of order(s)
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@ForeverFoxed.com.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your Forever Foxed card(s). If this is not the case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@ForeverFoxed.com. Please return card(s) unopened in original condition to ensure a full refund, less postage.
Privacy
Personal information supplied when ordering cards is used solely to process the sales transaction. Forever Foxed will not disclose ANY buyers’ information to third parties.

Safety
Our cards are not suitable for young children due to small parts which may become loose.
